Please be cautious of suspicious emails that appear to be sent by our company representative.

We have confirmed the existence of fraudulent emails claiming to be from our company representative, asking recipients to create a LINE group or share information by replying to an email. Please note that these messages have absolutely no connection with our company. Our representative will never personally request the creation of a LINE group.

Even if the sender’s name appears as our company representative, any message sent from a domain other than fujiwa-net.com is a spoofed email.

We have identified three types of message patterns used in these scams. An example of one such message is shown below.

Due to the need for work coordination,
please assist in creating a new LINE group.

When creating the group,
please set only yourself as a participant.
At this stage, do not add any other members.

After the group is created, we kindly ask you to share
the LINE group’s invitation QR code with this email address.

Once I join, I will provide information within the group
regarding the work details and upcoming tasks.

After completing this process,
please reply to this email to confirm.

We apologize for the inconvenience and
thank you very much for your cooperation.
